This policy describes Orvain Living LLC's planned return and refund terms for future purchases made directly through orvainliving.com.

Store status: Our website does not currently accept direct online orders or payments. The return and refund policy below will apply to eligible direct-site purchases when the store launches.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered for an eligible purchase made directly on orvainliving.com.

Eligibility for Standard Returns

For returns due to a change of mind or other non-quality reasons, items must be unused, include all original accessories, and be returned with their original packaging. The requirements for damaged or incorrect items are addressed separately below.

How to Request a Return

Within 30 days of delivery, email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind and other non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, Orvain Living LLC will cover the return shipping cost if a return is required. Please contact us before arranging the return of a damaged or incorrect item.

Refund Processing

For eligible returned items, we will initiate the refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. The time it takes for the credited amount to appear may vary by payment provider or financial institution.

Original Shipping Charges

For change-of-mind and other non-quality returns, original outbound shipping charges are not refunded. Where the return is due to an item arriving damaged or the wrong item being shipped, any original shipping charge paid for that order will also be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help us review the issue. We will provide next steps, including whether the item needs to be returned.

Marketplace Purchases

Orders purchased through a third-party marketplace follow the return and refund policies presented for that marketplace purchase.
